A few words about the role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to take full ownership of the sales cycle. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is comfortable selling technology remotely but speaks the language of industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the entire sales funnel from demo to negotiation and closing.
Digital Selling: Conduct high-impact video demos and manage all client interactions online using modern sales tools.
Consultative Approach: Understand the complex operational workflows of our prospects (in manufacturing, logistics, or construction) and demonstrate how Tekmon solves their specific pain points.
Pipeline: Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Hubspot) to ensure reliable forecasting and data-driven decisions.
Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology solution sales.
Digital Proficiency: Strong experience with online sales channels, including CRM management and video conferencing tools.
Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of technical or operational processes in sectors like Industry, Logistics, or Construction is highly valued.
Metrics Mentality: Strong grasp of B2B SaaS metrics with the ability to communicate KPIs effectively.
Languages: Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (written & verbal).
