A few words about the role

We are looking for a Operations and Administrative Coordinator to support key back-office functions across administration, finance, digital marketing, and HR. A thorough onboarding program will be provided to fully prepare you for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks and document management.

  • Provide basic HR support including onboarding assistance, maintaining employee records, and helping coordinate training programs.

  • Support finance operations with invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic budget monitoring.

  • Assist the digital marketing team by coordinating campaign logistics.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for management and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred; however, these disciplines are not exhaustive, and equivalent experience or relevant certifications will also be considered.

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.

  • Comfortable working across multiple departments and adapting to varied tasks.

  • Familiar with finance principles.

  • Familiar about digital marketing tools.

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.

  • A strong communicator and team player who takes initiative.
