Background
Tekmon was founded by Nicholas Zinas and Panos Mitsios after they led digital-transformation projects in manufacturing and construction and saw teams lose more than a third of their day to spreadsheets, emails and chasing information. They built a no-code tool to digitise processes and coordinate frontline work, then won the Digital Gate Innovation Challenge with an emergency-response solution for Athens International Airport — which became Tekmon's first customer.
The name Tekmon honours an ancient acropolis on the outskirts of Ioannina, in the Epirus region of north-western Greece — today an emerging innovation hub. Tekmon now powers iconic, industry-leading enterprises across five countries, and its model was documented by INSEAD Business School in the case study "Tekmon: Building a No-Code Enterprise Software Business."
Mission: bridge the digital divide between corporate systems and the frontline — capturing trustworthy, audit-ready data where work actually happens. In short, Tekmon starts where your ERP stops.

Proven ROI — ~4× annual ROI and 12+ minutes saved per person per shift at London Underground.
Ease of use — recognised on Capterra ("Best Ease of Use"), Software Advice ("Most Recommended") and GetApp.
Audit-ready by design — data captured at the source, framework-ready (GRI / ESRS / UAE MRV).
AI where it matters — AI-assisted hazard identification and risk analysis.

Built for mid-to-large, multi-site, frontline-heavy organisations — less suited to very small businesses.
