Part 1: The BTT & Tekmon Journey (Core Team)

● Objective: Connecting the dots between physical and digital. A brief welcome and overview of the current technology architecture for BTT's operations.

10:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Engineering Stream
● Speakers: James Fields, Robert Gillard & Eri Lagou
● Objective: Review how digital assurance has improved engineering workflows, demonstrate key workflow functionality, identify the main operational challenges that remain, and agree the top priorities for Year Two.

11:00 AM – 11:30 PM | Quality Stream
● Speakers: Owen Stratford, Dan Quant & Eri Lagou
● Objective: Assess the impact of digital tools on quality assurance and issue management, demonstrate key workflows, identify adoption gaps, and agree priority actions.

● Speakers: John Manning, Naomi Sugrue, RABA Team & Eri Lagou
● Objective: Review the digitisation of daily site records (Site Diaries, Task Briefings, Safety Briefings), share field feedback, demonstrate analytics improving programme visibility, explore integration with the RABA Supplier Database, and outline priorities for the next 12 months.

● Speakers: Open discussion
● Objective: An open forum to bring together the priorities from all streams to refine the Year Two roadmap, align on key actions, and identify any decisions or support required from leadership.

● Objective: A forward-looking session on the future of digital assurance, exploring practical applications of AI and other emerging use cases such as sustainability and data-driven performance improvement, with interactive discussion and engagement from business users.

2:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Panel Discussion: Scaling Digital Operations Across Teams
● Panelists: BTT Team Leads
● Moderator: Tekmon Project Manager
● Objective: A knowledge-transfer discussion on the practical realities of digitising site operations, identifying priority areas that will deliver meaningful impact, and exploring how other departments and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, can effectively engage and contribute to the transformation.

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Open Q&A and Closing Remarks
● Objective: This session provides an opportunity to ask practical questions about adoption, challenges, governance, and measurable impact.
